convenient location, but not much in the neighborhood,

I chose to NOT to stay the night as room was dingy and run down. Front desk person very nice though.
The door jamb/lock to room 108 needs to be tightened up. Front desk staff excellent at check in was excellent.

All the Staff were very nice. The price was good. We would return if we are traveling nearby again
