"Felt very mislead by Booking.com"

Advertised on Booking.COM an outdoor swimming pool, which was the main reason for choosing this. When we got there the pool had been completely filled in with dirt and had been for over 6 months! Breakfast included was just toast and waffles (one waffle machine that took 3 minutes to make a single waffle) I had to wait 15 minutes just to get on to the machine.

Room was very modern, good comfortable bed and everything felt clean. Availability of laundry. Property felt very safe.

Breakfast was not great, only available options were waffles and toast.

Didn't get a first floor room, which was requested with appointment.. No coffee machine in room. Continental breakfast wasn't worth waking up to go to. Elevator broke down and I was handicapped with room on 2nd floor. Parking was convient, except under a tree full of birds that made windshield and car very dirty. Booking lacked access to discounts for military or seniors. And my Wyndham rewards weren't rewarded to my account.
