i didn’t get a room that i reserved!!! they rid me they were sold out and that’s on them not on me so i should get a full refund

It was clean

I accidentally booked a smoking room (didn’t even know they were still allowed!) after requesting to switch the room, the stuff said it’s not possible we should come back tomorrow and gave us a room spray. Disgusting how it is as a person who never smoked and is really sensitive to smells we took it and because it was not their fault! Next morning we asked and they told us that people need to check out and the room needs to be cleaned so we can switch rooms! We went out for the day and came back on the evening! Asked again and they told us it’s not possible after telling us in the morning it’s possible!! So our things still smell like smoke after airing them for 3 day! Can’t recommend this hotel at all! For breakfast they just had waffles and bread! Which would be fine, if there isn’t just one waffle maker and one toaster for all the people! We waited 20 min to use something and then there weren’t even really tables to sit down because they just had 4 tables!

Room was comfortable.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn't working so I had to go downstairs to a working machine. I had to park my car where security lighting was poor. Breakfast items were all cold. Eggs and sausage can go bad fairly quickly if the proper temperatures are not maintained.

The cleaning staff and the location

The waffle was good for breakfast.

More variety for breakfast and the shower heads could be clean had mold on the one in room I stayed in..
