The property was in a good location. Great for our 1 night stay.

Online it said partial ocean view. Barely a view. But definitely not worth the extra I paid for a partial ocean view. There was no WiFi. You had to become a rewards member and that was hoops to jump through to get WiFi which I didn’t even get WiFi. No tv channels unless you signed in on a platform. Definitely not worth the over $300 for 1 night I paid for. Not much of a variety for breakfast either. It was good for 1 night just to get some sleep and move on. Would not stay or recommend to stay more than 1 night. I booked this online and when we got there the front desk said it was $5 for parking & $50 deposit for the room that is refunded but nothing online said any of that. Never had I ever had to pay a refundable extra deposit when I already submitted my card for the room. That should have all been explained upfront. Parking should not be a charge for guest.

We called saying we couldn't make check-in date front desk said fine..They canceled our reservation without twlling us..We lost our money.. They told us just rebook on our dime..No thank you..I won't go to another IHG hotel ever..They saud if we had asked for a manager we would have been fine..Front desk did not tell us that or to reschedule our dats. AGAIN, front desk said we were fine..

Would've know we stayed at a lovely place called The Atrium. Beautiful rooms with full kitchens and nothing smaller then king size beds..The staff bent over backwards for us..Such great people..Loved my stay there..Indoor pool..Wonderful stay..No problems..At all The Garner was rude and would never ever stay there..EVER

i never stayed at hotel paid money an was denied a room once i arrived after being told in multiple messages from hotel booking.com whatever all they do is lie in messages don’t even know y they pretend. personally i hope hotel an booking . com go out of business

Our room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Our room - 108 - was right in between two main entrance doors. We could hear EVERYTHING. Drunk people coming in at 2AM. Every conversation had in the hallway. People coming and going to breakfast all morning. EVERYTHING. Parking was tough. If you aren't there early, you won't get a spot in the main lot. They do have an overflow lot which isn't far at all... but the spots are for TINY cars. If you drive a large SUV or Truck your SOL.
