"Family visit stay to Columbus, Ohio"

Staff was great, especially Sharon in the breakfast room. The rooms however are dated with visible damage to the furniture and sloppy attempted fixes in the bathroom. Check in and out was easy. Purchase your own sodas and water to bring to the hotel and put in the room refrigerator as the vending machine in the lobby cost $3 for soda or bottled water each. The kids had fun in the indoor pool as we went in December. It did however have a strong smell of chlorine in the enclosed room, but this didn't bother the kids.
