FairBridge Inn Express North Lima

This was a good, inexpensive place to stay for a night. As a woman, traveling alone, I didn’t feel unsafe at this location.

The shower could use some bleaching or cleaning or something. It was yucky. I felt dirtier coming out of it. The shower curtain definitely needs to be changed. And there were a few hairs that were not mine that were in the bed.

Smelled Marijuana every where. Parking is terrible. People and staff were very nice. The floors stayed filthy because of the floors being linoleum.

Shower did not work, other travelers were loud and up all night

Room 110 (Lower Level), the lady at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and refused to issue a new room key after the first one was deactivating without charging an additional five dollars.

For the price can’t be beat. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again

I’ve stayed here three or four times now on my travels through Ohio and the staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to accommodate me . They are friendly and the rooms are comfy and affordable for passing through. Highly recommend on your travels!

The room was pretty clean.

Well, for starters, we ordered a room with a crib, but when we got there, they knew nothing about the crib we requested. The room was smaller than listed. The shower curtain wasn't even put up; it was on the floor. I had to put it up myself. The microwave was nonfunctional. There was only one tiny trash can in the room, so we bagged up most of the trash we accumulated while there and put it in a trash can outside that one of the workers was using to clean rooms. We didn't want to leave a really messy room to clean up, and he said it looked okay; they'd had worse. Strangely enough, about five hours later, the hotel called us and claimed we had left a messy room and we were seen with a pet, which wasn't true. I'm not sure if they are running some kind of scam or just confused our room with another. They said we were banned from ever staying there again and threatened to report us to Expedia. I said fine, I wasn't planning to ever go there again, and we didn't even use Expedia. The lady who called was very rude. When I asked for pictures of whatever she was talking about, she said they had none. I then said that the conversation is over, as you have no proof of your claims. We have some pictures of the room, but not the day we left, and it looked fine in the pictures from the night before. If you do stay here, take pictures before and after.

There was water under the tub making it hard to shower. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom was extremely dirty. I believe our room 205 was a health hazard.
