Americas Hotel - El Paso Airport / Medical Center

Todo estaba muy limpio y muy tranquilo, buena zona

En la mañana se escucha todo lo de los cuartos

We appreciated the comfort of this hotel. It was right on a busy intersection, and there was some traffic noise, but the hotel was very comfortable and relatively quiet. The room was well designed and pleasant, and laid out for comfort. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of space in the bathtub/shower area. It was not cramped. The hotel had laundry services which we took advantage of, since we had been traveling for a week at the time of our stay.

Very, very outdated. Key cards don’t work, door can only be closed with the inside lock so if you have to leave your room your door stays open, literally it does not shut. Rug is old and worn, bathroom needs an upgrade badly, curtains are old, don’t shut all the way from worn out sliding. Pets are allowed so I heard a dog whimper all night.

After the room was booked, there was NO breakfast, an after the fact notice was sent by email!
