"Other than the door not working and having to make ten or so trips up and down the stairs to get in"

Close to the lake is

I couldn’t get in the room when I arrived because the door lock was not working after four trips up and down the stairs I was let in with a regular key it worked the next day fine then the following night couldn’t get in again after four more trips up and down the stairs to get new keys made they finally came up and unlocked it with the regular key again will not be going back ever
