Tia and the other staff members are very helpful and always greet me with a smile on their faces. The property manager, Mr. Patel is firm but fair and has a standard for the caliber of guest he allows on the property that ensures everyone has a safe, comfortable, quiet experience at a very clean hotel while staying at the Quality Inn. 10 stars

I would say the staff care about their customers. I stay there for 4 days and it was very quiet with no problems, also a plus about the place they have breakfast in the morning and also a weight room. I like my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Showers were not good. No water pressure and the shower heads are cheep and no good. The TV channels suck. Don't get hardly any channels...

"Disappointing"

No bathtub mats , they were very slippery and I almost fell and hurt myself. Even after I asked the front desk for one they did not get me one. Accident waiting to happen, along with a lawsuit.
