Premier Inn Palestine

I liked that it was quiet. It was on the outskirts of town so plan on driving everywhere. The room was clean.

The room was outdated. There weren't any amenities to speak of. No breakfast, the pool was full of leaves and unusable.

After inspecting the room, linens were soiled, cigarette burn holes in the bedspread and room smelled very musty. Turned in key to manager and requested a refund which he adamantly refused to do, then he began hurling verbal insults at me while clenching a bully stick in his hand. At that point I left the office and drove off the premises and found another hotel.

The clerk that I spoke with was very accommodating and efficient. The property and room were clean.

Toilet was leaking door to bathroom did not close, latch missing screw, cockroaches….. don’t know if that room is an overall representation of the hotel. Swimming pool looked okay.
