Front desk staff was friendly

Needed a pet friendly hotel and happy to pay a little extra for that perk, however $40 per night for your dog (which was not shared until I saw the $80 extra charge after checking out), seems a bit excessive especially considering there were feces throughout the property and in front of the C entrance the entire stay! It was very loud, could hear every little noise with the paper-thin walls and extremely loud footsteps above our room until 2am. Would not stay here again. Considering it is a chain, I had higher expectations. Rooms were clean, however definitely not dialed in, no art on the walls, no decoration of any sort really, giving a very stark, depressing vibe. Would not stay here again :(

"Love this hotel"

The location is great, probably about 5 minutes from downtown flagstaff. The staff is always really nice and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the 24 hour hot tub is great. Love the little snack bar as well!

They took the coffee pots out of the rooms :(
