"Occupancy Tax"

Hotel staff was great . Did not appreciate the 2% Occupancy Tax they hit you with after you check out !!!! It was $275.00 more than I expected to pay . Very shady

Staff were very helpful. I left a couple of items in the room. They called me before I realized my mistake. Offered to mail the items, called when items were mailed and sent an email with tracking number.

Nothing comes to mind.
