Super 8 by Wyndham Salmon

It was located at a good area. It was walkable to area restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was ok; could have some variety but it was good and filling. The rooms were nice and clean.

Could not think of anything negative for this property.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Easy walk down to the Salmon River. Very scenic. Just passing through on a motorcycle trip.

A one night stop on a longer trip. The town itself is quaint and a nice spot to stop. Never stayed in a super 8 before. The room was furnished nicely and clean and there is plenty of parking and a resonable breakfast offered. The walls seem paper thin and we could clearly hear conversations in the rooms next door, so not easy to sleep.

You can't ask for more from a two-star hotel. Breakfast wasn't too bad, either! What really impressed me was the ladt at the desk when we checked in. She went WAY BEYOND the call of duty as she helped an older, physically challenged couple get out of their rig and into their room. That was some five-star treatment right there!

Location

The desk staff were not friendly

The air conditioning worked great and wasn't overly noisy. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the river island path.

The room lacked an available plug in near the beds for charging phones.
