USUSLocation was very quiet. Front desk people: Griffin & Elizabeth were excellent! I was exhausted & they were so helpful the night I checked in & next day checking out. Room was clean, really liked tub/shower area. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was good. Wifi connection solid. I'll definitely stay again.
Unfortunately, the sink was one piece with its counter. Sink was cracked & stained near the drain. Light overhead sink was dim. Easy fix with new bulbs.

1st off the toilet would not flush for the 2 days we were there, we had to use the plunger everytime we had to urinate, we had to wait to get to the store down the road to use their bathrooms. Even the sink would not drain! When I called to report it to the office, they did absolutely nothing!!! The staff even proceeded to tell me 'we shouldn't have clogged it' We didn't know we weren't allowed to pee!!! Much less anything else!!! Horrible attitude! She proceeded to to tell me 'I could come get the plunger'. When we washed our hands the sink wouldn't drain about 30 minutes! The " free breakfast" consisted of (A) granola bar & cereal, coffee & milk. It was truly a horrible experience! When I told them about everything their response was "ok"!!!

I spent $260 on the king suite with a jacuzzi in the room. For the price I was hoping for a nice room. It wasn't very clean, there was hair in the tub. And the bed wasn't very comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice. But it was not very clean. Other than that it wasn't totally awful. I didn't find any bugs in the room. I didn't see any bed bugs. And I had my husband check for bed bugs, he used to work for pest control, so he knows what to look for. Other than the price being way too much for the room, and the room not being very clean. It wasn't all that bad for 1 night
