USI normally do not gripe but my wife and I were both quite shocked at the discomfort of the king size bed. We felt like two hot dogs sleeping in two buns due to the poor shape of the mattress. Additionally, the little German roaches in the bathroom kept his company as we showered.

What's not to like!!!
USArrived at the location and was asked about a pet. I informed them that I had a dog. They informed me that there would be $100 refundable deposit for the pet which is fine. Then informed me that there would be a $50 cash non refundable payment for the pet. This was not acceptable so I cancelled and left.
They need to clean the filters of their A/C units. I am sure you have gotten complaints about the $100 security deposit which should be listed on your website. I’ll be expecting that back in my back account soon.

USThis is an older property. I stayed in the non-smoking section, but it still smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was clean, sheets, linens, etc. but the carpet felt damp. I’m sure it was just because of how old the carpet was. The room was pretty and the bed comfortable, though. The staff were super friendly.
