Quality Inn & Suites Aiken South

The property and the room were very tidy and well maintained. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

WiFi was not very good. Spotty at best. No elevator.

The staff was excellent! The room was not as clean as it could be. Stains on bead spread.

It was a good stay. The room was clean and updated. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not up to par. I had to clean and sanitize my bathroom. There was makeup still on the countertops, the tub has dye residue and looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The floor had not been swept in the bathroom as there was still hair under the sink. I cannot recommend this hotel at this time.

Barely got my bags to the room before I decided I couldn’t stay there. The outside looks decent but as soon as you enter the lobby you are hit with a smell that continues through the whole property. Every single piece of linen on the bed was dirty and the bathroom had tons of what looked like spray foam/insulation along the border. Immediately took my bag out to the car and booked another stay.

The non-smoking room smelled heavily like smoke, there was a dog in the room right across from me, barking and whining, and no one would answer at the front desk when I called repeatedly. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. Very dissatisfied.

Had to switch rooms due to smell! Not enough towels and front desk had no extras! Bedding was dirty and had to get room recleaned!

We got in at 1am and had to wait 45 mins for our room to be cleaned. Severely under staffed.

I wasn't able to stay because of the hurricane and the motel wouldn't offer a refund.
