Proximity to highway and hiking trail. Comfortable beds. Large room with good sized bathroom. Friendly staff. Free soup and cookies on arrival. Excellent breakfast.

I realize thete are not many hotel choices in Kenora, but almost $300 for one night is criminal. I paid $115 for a better room at Super 8 in Windsor. The room was average clean, the matress was well worn and the toilet didn't flush properly. They gave me a plunger! Not worth anywhere near the 300 per night! Average contin breakfast.

"A Trip Back to the 90s"

The rooms were very average, reminiscent of the mid-1990s. A/C unit was loud and clunky. Room felt ... moist/damp. Beds were OK. Housekeeping services were suspended during my stay due to understaffing. Staff were all kind/pleasant, and the beverage station was nice to have in the mornings. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay in the area again.
