Got doubled charged i have went to the front desk. Also, try to get in contact with the manager. Nobody will do anything about it. The front desk lady said she wasn't gonna spend an hour on the phone with Tech Support to see why I was double charged so I was short on money. I was there for my son's graduation from the Marines. So me being sure that money I couldn't do a lot of thialso. The place is dirty sheets are stained hair in the bathroom. Mirrors had streaks smelled really bad when we walked in. And then you have people outside begging for cigarettes and front desk lady is horrible, nasty rude. You go to her, ask for towels and she wants to know why we need towels and I said our room wasn't cleaned all day so she gave us 2 towels and she said they did clean the rooms and I said, well, our room was skipped, we had all the garbage still in there. Beds weren't made no towels. And then we ask. Ed later on for a blanket and the lady that came down with a blanket for set. Oh well, we need to have the other blanket unless we gave her the old blanket so it was like she was saying we were gonna steal it anyway. I just want my money back that I was double charged for for the room. You may will never stay there again.

The parking is well lit. The room was clean but had a musty odor evident when opening the door but got used to it. Modern appliances and updated fixtures. The vanity mirror was really cool with the different tones of lighting. Air conditioning worked as it should.

Room was disgusting dirty, sheets were stained floor was sticky. Dead roaches in the fridge and shower. Hair in the shower. Ashes in the sink

Hotel was a bit pricey for the condition it was in. Room smelled like smoke, sheets were stained and supplies were minimum.

it looked and felt like a crack hotel, not at all what the pictures of the rooms look like only reason I stayed was there was no where else to stay everywhere was all booked up as it was Marine Corps Graduation weekend

The room was so smelly and not clean. Very moldy shower The bedding doesn’t feel clean at all. Definitely not happy
