coffee was good.

the room had a bad odor ,found blood stains on the fitted sheet. the bathroom tub was stained .

The beds were okay

Bad part of town, dirty, keys deactivated 2 hours early

Everything I booked two rooms one for my husband and myself and one for my brother. We traveled with my sister and her husband all three rooms were dirty sheets were stained hair and bathtubs.

I waited for a refund that the general manager said she approved in 7 to 10 days in an email she sent me however when it came time for her to pay up or answer me or booking.com they ignored multiple attempts not only from me but booking.com as well. To this day they still won't respond to me or send me my money. And let's be clear it wasn't hundreds of dollars but less than 150 because it was only for one night to be reimbursed. This is so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting for a company to take someone's little bit of money they had

Horrible experience. Rooms were dirty. Door was missing the lock from inside. Gap at the bottom of the door. Shower and toilet were gross. Our first night we checked in around 8pm. Around 2am staff was bagging on our door to see if “anyone was in the room”. Apparently they said they didn’t have any booked in our room. Then did the same thing to the room next to us which was with us. Apparently they gave my daughter in law’s room away while she was asleep in it. Thankfully her room did have the inside door lock. Next day our keys didn’t work. Horrible experience. Wyndham should be ashamed of this property.

The front desk staff were really nice

We had to ask to be moved due to the room next-door being so loud all night long into the morning. When we came in, we had no towels in our room. While we were there, we never received room service so each day we had to go to the front office to get towels or Get them off of the cleaning cart. we had to take out our own trash every day. On the website it said they had a pool but when we got there, the pool was closed for the season due to repairs. The continental breakfast consisted of raisin bread regular bread that you can make toast out of three different types of cereal, one fruit, orange juice, and coffee.

Nothing. Pool is closed and the room was filthy. Not even a coffee maker!

Pool closed room was filthy. Puke and dirt on bathroom walls and the bathtub was clogged and dark dirt on the bottom with the clog ring around the tub.
