Request for early check in was approved, and despite initial protest, & upon proof of request /approval, they did honor it.

Advertised as having a pool and breakfast included. However, the pool is closed and obviously has been for quite some time. No breakfast, or evidence of there ever having been a breakfast service here. The room was rather dirty, considering, and the AC didn't have any filters in it, looked like shag carpeting under the cover. Gross.

I was really disappointed when the staff knocked on our door THREE times in the 45 minutes we had left. It was an invasion of privacy of the time I wanted to rest.

The ice machine was broken, and had been broken for 2 months. There was not a breakfast bar. The rear door to the facility was unsecure 24/7. The front desk staff was very courteous. If you just need a place to lay your head without any of the amenities This is the place for you. One last thing,The bathtub had peeling paint on the inside But The bathroom was clean.
