"Great location, free breakfast, and exceptional staff"

I was staying here because I needed a place to stay while I was visiting FIT. The staff were very helpful and patient, especially Jenny. I will 100% be coming back next time I visit Melbourne.

"Wonderful Staff, price and location"

I have stayed here a few times at the recommendation of a friend and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was visiting my son with my mother and she needed some additional items for our stay and they were able to provide. It is a simple and affordable place and a great location near the Causeway and downtown Melbourne. Will stay there again on my next visit.

Although the hotel property itself is dated, the rooms were clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very limited. For a low cost hotel, the overall experience was quite acceptable. J

Rooms were clean and efficient, breakfast had everything we needed..fruit, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, sweets, granola bars, and restocking was constant and friendly!

Air Conditioner was a bit noisy during cycling,

"Grade A place, don't pass it up for the more expensive places, this Hotel is worth it and more!!!!"

The ladies at the desk were awesome with Grade A attitude.... And both of them with Beautiful Eyes!!!!! I will definitely stay here many times more in the future!!!!

Everything was awesome!!!! Rooms don't smell humid or like mildewy.... Everything was super clean!!!!!
