Perfect location for beach walks at Marina beach.

It's a pet friendly place which means rude pet parents letting their pets defecate on the sidewalks of the property. Dogs barking at all hours. It feels like renting a room at the kennel. People loudly talk through the night as if they own the place. The rooms are very old, dirty and nasty. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.

The location and the newer room was nice. Breakfast included. Would have left better review but we were originally checked into a dingy, dirty older room with saggy mattresses.

The cockroaches in first room we were checked into was dingy dirty older with saggy mattresses. Breakfast could have included some protein.

I was lucky there was a towel in my room. My coworker had to ask for a towel.

I had to buy pine sol and hand scrub the floor because it was filthy and I was bitten over and over and believe it must have been bed bugs. Breakfast was a joke, terrible options and quality of microwaved bacon and eggs. I ended up staying across the street at over $300 a night to get away. I also ended up cleaning the shower surround which was also filthy. The water was black when I cleaned the floor. I felt horrible to walk on the filthy floor, its apparent these rooms are not cleaned. I also lifted the mattress pad and saw that the mattress was so stained with pee, disgusting.

The room was not properly cleaned, there was open soap on my counter and sand in the bathroom. I asked they clean it they went in and did not clean the bathroom what was the only thing I asked. My bathroom still had sand in it and asked that I wait till the morning. Unacceptable behavior

Good location, close to the beach.

Room wasnt clean, there was someone elses hair on the floors and on the towel. There was only one towel in the room.
