We stayed here only because we were out of town and our other room was cancelled. This is on the worst area, there were prostitutes wandering around and no elevator, my husband had a bag back and I had a hard time dragging out luggage upstairs.

"The handicap room was the best & most comfortable ever!!"

The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The people were quick to respond when supplies were needed. The staff was quick to respond to any requests. Truly it was my favorite hotel of any i have ever stayed in!!

I have no suggestions. Ever the room fridge was clean & fresh smelling.

Staying for 5 nites , I expectat least clean towels every day , bed made,but not clean sheets each day. That was lacking.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, and there was a dog that woke us up and was not on a leash running through the hall other than that it was fine

Only clean the rooms every three days. Off you need clean towels unless you went to the front desk and asked for them. No phone in the room. Use the card key to open your door once and then had to get it reprogrammed. Will never stay at this location ever again.
