"Thankful to have a place to stay"

No fridge no microwave couldnt sign in to the wifi and nothing on the tv worth watching..but still we were thankful to have a place to stay. The housekeeping ladys were nice .

Staff is rude and swindled me for $50 on a $150 deposit when they originally quoted $100, they charged me $35 late fee for being 30 min late due to rebooking issues and refused to waive the fee even after paying them for a weeks stay. Every miserable person who works here has a miserable rude condescending attitude and what seems to be a permanent stink face. I don’t get it, like how are you going to be rude and mean and condescending to your guests,to your paying customers ,to people who contribute to your bread and butter ,your paycheck . the paycheck you use to cloth your back, to put a roof over your head ,and food in your stomach. I really don’t get it ,shake my head 😏this place really has a “BUFU” type of attitude. BEWARE!!

No one was there to check in. After waiting an hour with many others, I had to give up and go to another hotel. Still trying to get my money back from Hotels.com.

They suck all the way around they won't give my $ 150 dollars back for deposit because they said that they could smell cigarettes smoke in my room I think that B's on their part because I don't smoke period I slept with no bed cover just sheets no towels I had to go ask for them etc I left the room the way I found it.they didn't ask me or tell about their smoking policies until I was checking out in the morning that's I'll do business with them again

Ok cleaned. One light blew out while i was there. The vents in tbe bathroom needs to be fixed its dirty an kinda hanging. Other then thag it was ok
