Place was dirty noisy breakfast was terrible a lot of permanent residents

Easy to find. Television and refrigerator works, plenty of parking spaces

Gaps in entryway for an exterior ground floor room, floors not clean and abused (many deep scratches), multiple holes in curtain, no lighting over sink, low wattage light bulbs, HVAC very old with exposed wiring, furniture abused Double billed for my one night stay

The only thing that I liked was the location

Virually everything. It was dirty and poorly kept. The room had roaches and other bugs appearing each day. The toilet was abnormally small. There was horrible sound proofing. I could hear everything happening outside and the parking space where people cars are are so close to the room that when a car turns on you can smell the exhaust from inside your room. A dirty unusable pool outside. Staff doesn’t seem to care.

Can’t even really think of anything the ac doesn’t work shower pressure was awful.

The staff is always trying to get over on someone. I overheard them arguing with another guest saying how Experians card declined so it was on the guest to repay to fix the issue when it should have been between the hotel and Experian. House keeping takes people’s personal items and disregards when you decline service. Overall this place needs to be looked into because it isn’t right how these people run the hotel

Smoke detector was hanging from the wall, and non operational. front desk staff was not overly concerned and did not address issue right away. this is a safety issue. Fire Hazard: Smoke detectors are a critical part of a fire safety system, alerting occupants to potential fires. Legal Implications: In many jurisdictions, disconnecting a smoke detector is a violation of fire codes and could have legal consequences. Endangering Others: A malfunctioning smoke detector endangers not only your life but also the lives of other hotel guests and staff.
