Water pressure was great Bed was comfortable and big Shades kept the sun out Roomy The one single staff member we saw was very nice Lots of spots for charging The heater/air conditioner was good TV was great, channels, wifi was good too Cool bathroom vanity lights

Bedding needs to be updated- burnt/stained There was white, crusty stuff on the bottom of the sheets so we had to move rooms There were screws sticking out from behind the toilet paper due to being too long to fit in properly There was *poo* in the toilet of the second room we got moved to BEFORE we had even been there The breakfast was minimal for how big they "talked it up" (They had a whole breakfast room and it was... eh) and there was a bucket of water with crusty/dried/burnt looking hard boiled eggs in it, in the refrigerator. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by screws- really wobbly and super low- I kept hitting my head on it. The pool/hot tub was ok except for the guests staying down the hallway who left 2 huge boxes of beer, cans, cigarette butts, clothing and jackets all over the place and there were no towels (all piled in those people's items) We did go up front to get towels

Halls are a bit dingy.... room was great

Room was filthy ( not cleaned from the previous guest, including empty domino's boxes) when we arrived, then we had to wait an hour for the front desk person to get it ready. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. And the cover for the toilet seat was missing.

Stayed due to hopelessness , sad but true
