The first room they put us in was so disgusting…filthy bed sheets and pillow cases, bathtub was brown, table was sticky, furniture in the room was ripped and destroyed. when i complained they put us in another room which was much better

Tv constantly failed, had to leave on Telephone in room didn't work Most of the staff didn't seem to really care, the front desk was unmanned most of the time. One staff member was very polite the others were not.

IT WAS TERRIBLE !!!!!!!! i gagged when i walked in the room. it looked like a trap & smelled like one as well, it was just horrid . the bathroom was also disgusting and it looked like there was blood in the tub.
