"Housekeeping Shines, Front Desk Service Lacking"

Rooms were very clean—housekeeping did great—and Wi-Fi was excellent. The issue was check-in: despite booking online I was required to provide a cash deposit. I had no cash due to a safety emergency and offered a card/tap hold your system can process, but the desk refused and I had to borrow money.

"Don't Plan on Good Breakfast"

Bathroom had issues, but breakfast was very, very bad. Too tiny, too crowded, very limited selection...toast, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy. No meats, no eggs, everything else pretty much missing...also a large group caused most everything to be gone by 8am.
