Clean, quiet room. Well maintained property.

All shops close by, pool with extended hours for the stay. Lobby staff very professional and polite

The owner could not find my reservation. We went back and forth trying to figure out why it wasn't in the computer. It was less than 5 mins go by and then the owner which was working the front desk starts yelling at me to get out. I never raisex my voice or used profanity. So I didn't understand why he was yelling at me to get out. I never was rude to him. I don't understand what his problem was. I even tried to apologize to against my better judgement thinking I might of did something to upset him. He said the only apology he needex was for me to get out. He was rude. Kept yelling. So I told gim then I need a refund. He said I will give a refund to the person that made the reservation. Now I'm still trying to get the refund 4 days later from him. He won't speak to t mobile travel to tell them he approved the refund. This motel is a scam. I have seen multiple complaints on here about him being rude and also seen multiple people trying to get a refund back. I haven't seen one that said they did get a refund. This man has no biz owning a hotel. He treats people like crap and I will keep going until I get a refund. Just cause I don't want him to have it. I'm not really worried about getting the money as much as I don't want him to have at this point. He is lucky I can keep my cool. Cause I know alot of people would of hit him for how he spoke to me.

I was accused of stealing a pillow, and charged 50$ for a pillow I didn't steal. The bathroom had peeling paint as well as peeling/missing chalking. The carpets were a little sticky.

Nice motel, we got here but a few things needed fixing, shower curtain rod is falling apart from the wall, the screws are stripped out, tv code was lost couldn’t turn it on, the ac unit control flaps are broken, toilet seat was loose, , tv on the wall is loose ready to fall off the wall lol I’m not the type to complain about stuff but when you pay that much for a 2 night stay, things should be In working order,and I wanted the clerk to know it was like this before we got settled in, so I called the desk, he came up and fixed everything so that’s good service and that’s what counts or he didn’t want to give us another room lol anyways it was a comfortable stay and slept good! I think the place could use an update in the rooms and a bigger cafeteria room, was crowded for the complementary breakfast! I’ll stay again next time when we visit family!
