Americas Best Value Inn Richmond

Great room, very clean and easy check in.

The bed is a little hard, but that's a personal preference.

Wonderful location, the highway is right there, but also when it was jammed, once or twice I got where I needed faster through Richmond, Albany & Berkeley. No problems with parking. Never heard any noise or any other reason to complain about neighbors. Convenience stores and breakfast places a few minutes away by car. Realistically you need a car to stay here. Friendly people at reception.

Pressure in the shower was not great (but still OK). The electrical outlet under the desk was poorly accessible, used one near the bed instead.

Loved it

I liked the office Personnel and cleaning crew. They were very attentive and friendly. The room and beds were clean and comfy.

The bathroom window couldn't lock and desk/ TV stand was coming apart at the bottom. I like the remodel sink.

The beds were good the pillows are really flat

House keeping is very rude the plumbing in the upstairs rooms are horrible the toilet doesn't want to flush and the tube water went out very slow this is like my 3rd time staying at this hotel don't think we will be staying here again also we stayed two days and house keeping never cleaned our room barley wanted to give me clean towels
