Dommage pour l’absence du micro-onde dans la chambre même si je pense qu’il y en a un d’accessible dans la salle de petit déjeuner Super accueil lors du check in par contre , personne très peu agréable le lendemain matin

Staff was nice and room was clean.

I reserved a a double queen with 2 queen beds for me and a friend and got a king bed instead. Also, there was no door on the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels and the shower was amazing! The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was impeccable with it's selection. 10/10 would stay again!

Location was great & close to restaurants & stores. Room was clean & cool when we arrived.

Staff was not very helpful & bathroom "sliding" door did not slide. It was next to impossible to get the door picked up & slid to close it.

Room was clean and hotel was quiet

Checked in at 3 pm. Was told by front desk we could check in and receive room key but we could not access our room due to rooms not being cleaned yet. Stated they only had 2 house keepers to clean 40 rooms and were unsure when room would actually be available. Was told we would just have to check back in to know if room was finally cleaned or not. Wife had to change clothes and get ready in the car for concert we were attending
