The front desk told me, "The manager upgraded my room." Got to the room, no toilette paper, had to go and get it. There was a large gap to the bottom right of the entry door. Which I stuffed with towels. So what would a regular room look like? Hmm! the area where rooms are located is totally run down, including parking lot. The picture of the property listed shows the front of the property, which is nice, or so I thought until it wasn't.

The stay was for several weeks. The stay was fine the first week until a woman that had several kids and adults staying in her room and about 8 people outside her room all day and night smoking weed that blew in my room when I opened the door, had no respect for us next door or anyone else due to the parenting that was non existent, they even broke a whole window ect. long story short these days if you make a request for another room to calm down to the hotel staff it means nothing but retaliation, Ive noticed that the victims lose and the vilans win now in so many places. Honestly if I cant stay at the Marriott Bonvoy Suites I wouldn't stay anywhere anymore. Its not about facts or respect anymore its about who you know not what you know and that's exactly what ended up happening here. Nothing but fake complaints directed at us after we simply let a staff member know and the 2 girls Felicia and the other that have been there for 17 years were not the problem nor was the man at that worked overnight he was also very good it was the day a woman named LUPE started being working at the front desk. Very rude unprofessional ect. I've had a career in customer service for 28 years and she would not have lasted one day, I cant believe the way she was speaking to us, Pathetic. The final retaliation came in a form that i wont mention because I'm going to a lawyer about it, it was a retaliation put in the system by LUPE that was not there the next morning when her note was a note that had consequences that devastated my family and was gone off a complete lie that the owner whom has cameras to see that it was a lie didn't do his due diligence he let LUPE make the call she did and I'll be seeing them in court, Mike and Lupe, as we were leaving even one of the housekeepers said where are you guys going your so nice ect.

My review sums it up. Oh one last thing a 500 dollar electronic left behind because we were rushed away and they didn't have the professionalism to call and tell us we left it. They treated it like a lip gloss I guess only I'm sure it wasn't thrown away.....

Just the price

Unsafe hotel , if you need a cheap place do it
