Roaches in the bathroom. Roach crawling on me in the bed. Need to learn how to clean corners. Dead roach in the AC unit. Mildew on platform in bathroom shower.

The hotel is close to town, breakfast is what you paid for. Tv cable worked perfectly. Morning front desk was very polite and helpful.

We left a few items in the room when we checked out. When we realized it, we called and they had already set our things aside and held them for us. Wonderful service, comfortable, clean, and just a great stay!

We booked 2 rooms for our family they looked like the pictures did except in person they didn’t look as nice. The sheets had burn mark and the room was musty. Once we got the AC going it was a bit better but the bathroom was the worst. There was a strange smell to it that was unbearable we avoided the bathroom/shower as much as possible keeping the door closed to contain the smell. The bathrooms are in great need of a fix up there was also a hole in the wall near the floor and the shower looked disgusting. I had better expectations from the reviews I had read. Would not stay here again.

I booked this inexpensive room for 3 nights due to needing to evacuate from hurricane Dorian. Upon arrival, the owner said my reservation was for one person/ one bed. He tried to charge me extra for the 2 double bed room I had reserved. I refused and showed him my confirmation for 1 adult/ 1 child 2 double bed room. Suddenly he had one available. I have never had this kind of experience before with any of the properties I’ve booked through Hotels.com. I was quite shocked and disappointed. However, the room was comfortable, and I was thankful to have a safe place to stay during the evacuation.
