I arrived at the office to check in, and the doors were locked. I did eventually get checked in. I reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was a smoking room! I could hardly breathe! The room was old and outdated! The tub looked dirty. The bed was hard and lumpy. How does health and human services allow these conditions to continue. This place should be condemned!

Room dirty my tub caved in on me while showering in the jucuzzi room to where I was removed and placed into another room but the room smell like dog and was dirty like if somebody was already in the room so they transfer me to another room and that he didn't even work

It was convenient

I was given a room with two beds, when I reserved a room with a king size bed for me and my wife and the door was broken. Talked to front desk and they gave me some attitude at first but they did give a room like I did asked for
