good location in town

Mgmt placed 8 contractors next to my room, drinking beer, left door open to hear their conversations all night - called front desk twice, @ 11:20pm, still going on w/their door open. Very old furnishings in room; NO outlet nor USB by bed; old faucets, low sink and toilet

The staff was friendly

It was dirty, the bathroom half mold in it. The shower curtain had black stains. Very poor conditions
