Absolutely disgusting room. Staircase to the second floor had failing spots which were an extreme Unsafe. Our door wouldn’t close all the way. The bed was hard as a rock, tiniest blanket ever. Everything was dirty and falling apart. Breakfast was only oatmeal and black coffee.

Shower didn’t work… thought they would give me some sort of compensation, but No. Switch on bedside lamp was also broke & chairs were so worn out & dirty that I didn’t want to sit on either one.

The property, both inside and out, needed work. Decking was water damaged in some areas. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling due to insufficient ventilation. It appeared this had been an ongoing problem as it was painted over at least once. The room was excellent other than the bath and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The room was extremely uncomfortable due to the air conditioning system not working properly. It said it was 60 degrees and it was actually about 85 the whole time. Then the electricity went out and we had a wedding to prepare for. I will say the lady that works at the front desk was nice and friendly.

The pool and the online price

The lady manager is extremely rude and unaccomodating. We are locals just wanting to get away from home life for a night. The lady was very short with me and my fiancé and rolled her eyes when I asked to have the incidentals fee waived so we could afford to stay there. The manager refused. I've worked hotel front desk many times and it is possible to waive fees, she could even comp a room! I will never attempt to stay at the Super 8 in Cottonwood EVER AGAIN!
