I came across this hotel by chance after a terrible experience at another place, and it completely exceeded my expectations from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was perfectly organized and exactly as shown in the photos, which I really appreciated. The staff truly made the difference — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is also fantastic, just a few blocks from the train station and an Avis rental car office, which made everything very convenient.

The breakfast was ok and the price was the cheapest I could find in Fresno.

It was not very clean the pool was not swimmable, the microwave and fridge smelt like something died in it, I saw bugs in the room, and although I got my full security Deposit back it was higher than normal and took a long time to process.

I didnt like anything about it. I changed my reservation from myself and son to just my son. I was charged for 2 rooms when I wanted one........ And told them so when I called to change the reservation.......... You suck!

La chambre était très propre. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut: planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, petit frigo, cafetière.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié ni copieux: tout est sous blister et donc industriel. L'employé a été un peu en retard à l'ouverture du petit déjeuner, initialement prévu à 7h.
