I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. I have never seen such a dirty customer care. The AC there was not working at full capacity. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night and it was the same again.

"Dirty and Gross"

Disgusting and dirty is an understatement. Ripped and torn furniture and carpet, cockroach and smelly room, just overall gross

"Disappointing, , and our last visit"

We have visited this hotel a couple years of the last 10 years, and watch the slow decline of this once a lovely place. When you enter the hotel, the plants are dead, and the gardens are not weeded. What small effort does it take to water a plant so that doesn’t die? The staff are finally enough, but the rooms are dark, dank, with torn and worn couches and a rug that’s probably seen too many damp dogs. Screens are torn, and the nights are loud, and sometimes vulgar. This is unfortunate, because location is so convenient to the airport. The cleaning staff do their best, and the rooms are generally tidy, but it must be a depressing place to work when the dirt is so deep nothing will do to make the room bright or inviting. Our days of visiting this hotel are probably over. The day after our stay, I had bites on my lower legs, and while I don’t blame bug beds necessarily, it wouldn’t surprise me.

the other guests were quiet, major points for that plus at least is easy to get to. problems? the toilet was noisy, so was the air conditioner. the room smelled like cigarettes (it was supposed to be Non-smoking). the chairs looked like crap.. well for the low price, you get low quality,i guess. the Staff was NICE, I'll give them that.
