"Happy, but had an issue. The staff came through."

Friendly, clean...

I booked on line and it didn't mention that all the suites were on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. The staff had to find us a new room on the 1st floor, because stairs were not an option for us. We had to down size the bed and room. The staff made everything good for us. The stairs should be mentioned on line.

"Good but a few things were lacking to be truly great."

The room was nice and I loved the option of the whirlpool tub. The value is also great we have stayed a a couple of Americas Best before.

The jets in the tub did not work and the blankets were very minimal, no comforters just thin blankets and a sheet and it was pretty chilly outside s9 I would have liked more.
