The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

My friend that was with me literally had to clean our room, it was nasty. She bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the whole room.

Got settled in to go to sleep an had bed bugs in the bed talked to the guy at the front desk he was super rude said I’d have to talk to the manager at 6am did not want to give me the managers name or any contact information and never once offered another room said we’d have to stay in the room with bugs with our 16 month old baby we left and drove 6 hours home we were traveling with my in-laws once I got ahold of the manager he would only refund one room I’d sleep in my truck before I ever stay there again

The property itself really needs some updating and TLC. Staff and manager both doing what they can to keep it up to par but motel is very much dated. Manger was very nice when our reservation was incorrect. Cleaning staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was on the very cheap side, but it is a motel so expected. I did not like the fact that you didn’t need your key to enter the property. Exterior doors did not lock.

Bedsheets were stained and big hair ball on top of shelf above clothes hangers

It was in a good location and it was quiet!

The pillows were small and a little hard to sleep on.

There is an envelope on the desert for housekeeping tips. But they did not come in and restock anything out make the bed the whole time we were there. They used to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast now they dont. We been staying there for labor day weekend for the last 3 years. We'll probably change it up next year
