Friendly helpful staff

Clean rooms. Great price. Close to downtown Bellfontaine. Breakfast was ok, no complaints. Close to Indian Lake. Had a great stay.

Only thing is the sign next to the road had burnt out lights so you can't see where the hotel is.

Very respectful staff including housekeeping and the guests have been very nice I have no complaints thank you all so much for the experience God bless everyone

Dirty

My guest and I stayed over this past weekend for a wedding nearby. I liked that there was a front staff employee that was accomodating when I asked that my guest and I check in to our room separately as we were arriving at different times. Otherwise we were not fans of our entire experience. I ended up not being able to check in as their lobby closes after 8 pm and there was no staff to be found. I ended up needing to wait for my other guest to come let me in for the night. The hallways smell and there is no insulation between the door and the trim so a lot of light and noise are let into the room. The top sheets had really visible staining on them and our floor was filthy, with a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. I understand that you get what you pay for when you get a cheaper hotel but I was hoping for better as the last times I have used Super 8 I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Just overall really disappointed as our experience cut into our ability to get some sleep and do what we needed to do while visiting.

The rooms are nice and clean and the staffs are nice and kind food is great restaurant are close too so it would be easier I would recommend to others I’ll be coming back

Bellefontaine project work has been great experience. Hotel upkeep excellent everyone working there was very polite and kind .I just loved hotel very close from restaurant, highway and town about just couple minute . Breakfast was delicious waffles very tasty.bread muffin juice coffee cereal fruits was excellent. Staff very helpful whenever I need .place very clean and smells great . Hoping to see next month .
