Location was great

There was a very strong muggy and smoke smell (our rooms were non smoking) ac units didn’t have covers on them.

"Great staff and great value!"

Great staff, older property but a really good value. Enjoy the raccoons outside by the river in the evening, they will beg for food. Super cute!

"Kinda disappointed but I was only there for one night so I managed."

The breakfast is fruit, juice and coffee , and muffins that's it. The traffic is horrible but the location was near restaurant and gas stations and close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge.

The room was not ready and the lien is old and metal under the bead. The shower had black model on the ceiling,and you need a different shower curtain that just soaks the floor , the toilet paper is cheap so that's nasty, you have to go down stairs for ice and the small fridge took forever to cool a drink. The room closest to the river side remote had to no back to it so you have to hold the batteries in to cut the TV off and on.
