Sheets and blankets dirty. The bathroom very dirty relocated into another room same issue.

The room was good for the price. I would say cleanliness could be better.

Location is great and it pretty quiet

Wish the little fridge actually worked and the bathrooms are not best looking but it was fine and more towels and face cloths

Absolutely nothing whatsoever…. Although the owner’s Tesla Cybertruck parked out front is quite nice to look at(and her little son’s matching miniature version parked in the motel lobby is adorable).

Reservation was made for a ‘Deluxe King Room’ at time of booking. Upon check-in, a standard King Room was assigned. The room was filthy, lacking the most basic of standard ‘amenities’, and was in quite a state of disrepair (ie shower head attached to wall with a garbage bag noose). The owner of the property explained a ‘Deluxe King Room’ does not exist, only a ‘Deluxe King Suite / Spa’ for $500 per night. [Aside, gauche decor and an ensuite jacuzzi tub, does not equate to a $500 per night price tag . If you’re looking for an actual luxury experience, go to a legit boutique hotel in Providence or Boston for a fraction of the rate.] Although the property had only a handful of occupants, the owner did not offer a courtesy upgrade. Instead, the owner informed that job abandonment by the housekeeping staff as well as the front desk manager was the cause for the abysmal state of the rooms. Additionally, the property’s WiFi network was not connected to an internet service provider, and router broadcast channels were being utilized by other networks in the area. Not only failing to provide the single amenity in making the stay even somewhat tolerable, but also breaching privacy & security protections. After a week of reaching out to customer service for reparations, I have still yet to receive my promised refund.
