It was very clean and the grounds were kept up. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Since the breakfast was very limited and I have a gluten allergy, there was very little for me to eat.

Quiet, clean and good service overall. The extended late check out option is a great value feature in my opinion.

It's an older property that the owners have obviously tried to update with paint, new flooring, etc. Breakfast was adequate for self-serve and sufficient. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Linens, furnishings and floors were clean.

This is a budget hotel and met our criteria of "within 30 minutes of our preferred destination without the conference weekend price gouge" Room size is cramped -- it's a Super 8, not a Hilton. Sink/mirror/hair dryer are right inside the hall door, so if partner goes to breakfast separately and you're still using "dressing area" it's impossible to get into room without moving and exposing yourself to the hallway. Bed was wiggly -- possibly needed new base. Mattress springs were worn. Entering through the rear door, there was a sign to "Please close door" meaning security was lacking. Also, the covered "porch" area outside rear entrance had become a storage for unused/broken furniture and was obviously used by staff/family or clients as a smoking lounge. The riding lawnmower was parked by the front door under the entryway overhang. The Front door was not accessibility-compliant.
