"Top or bottom"

i liked that it was clean I liked it when I was in the top room 228 it was nice n quiet there but when I went back another day n asked to stay in the bottom I could hear everything on both sides ppl coming in n out slamming doors cars taking off up n down that was a horrible day. I don't know if it was cuz it was in the bottom or what.

I didn't like being in the bottom it was too loud.

It was renovated

There’s a lot of homeless people walking around the property. There was a rat at the smoking area one night that scared the heck out of me. I was afraid for my safety here.
