"Not good BUGS we left at 4am"

The people are great and good location in Bolivar

Woke up to use bathroom about 4amthere were 2 COCKROACHES I don’t do bugs GROSS. We packed up and left immediately. We’ve stayed there many times before and never saw bugs but there was one to many this time.

"We would probably stay here again as it was a very nice, quiet, clean motel."

The location was great - close to everything, but in a quiet area. There was a really nice area to walk my dog . The breakfast was great!

At all of the Super 8 Motels, there is always a $20-25 non-refundable pet fee. But at this Super 8, they also asked for a $100 cash deposit. Upon checking out, they inspected the room before giving the money back. They probably have their reasons for requiring this additional step, but it should be disclosed when booking the room on line.

"Pet friendly but with deposit"

The breakfast had prepackaged Crossiant sausage sandwiches. Nice and very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

Upon arrival they asked for a $100 pet deposit. You are also charged $20 a day pet fee. Wanted cash, but I was uncomfortable with that so they settled for using a credit card. You had to have the desk come to the room at check out to "clear" the room to get your money back. Nothing was noted on the website, so this was unexpected. Also, there should be something in writing about the terms of the deposit. The carpets need to be cleaned in the room. You pay extra with a pet, so you would think they are using that to do a thorough cleaning.
