Mold all over hotel switched rooms ended up with strep after I left

Very bad condition all round Bedside lamp not working Desk chair missing a wheel Had to flush toilet 5+ times to remove waste Cockroaches everywhere No or little amenities Phone doesn't work at all Tv showed the generic cox screen Staff very rude and dismissive

1. I had a reservation for jacuzzi suite. 173 bucks. I arrived, desk clerk tried to give me simple one bedroom no jacuzzi room. 2. I went back to office he gave me a different key. Key did not work in the new room. I went back to the office. Clerk opened new room with a key and said battery was dead. Room was filthy. Room looked nothing like the online picture. Room faced the hiway and would have been so noisy as to be impossible to sleep. Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Drain was rusted. Two dead bugs in it. 3. Went back to office. I was too tired to and it was too late to get another hotel so I took the single bed non jacuzzi room. It was filthy. I used a whole can of disinfectant on it to try and make it livable. Rug was filthy and left th bottom of my feet black! Ceiling had numerous brown spots that probably was water damage or mode residue. I took a brief nap as I was exhausted but then just left. I couldn't breath the air got so bad. Hotel should be condemned and I am sure would fail any reasonable health inspection. I expect a full refund

We were given a dirty room the worker (Patel) was apologetic and changed rooms. The next room was clean but missing a blanket but none was available. The toilet was missing the tank lid and there were cigarette ashes on the tub.

This was the worst place. filthy dirty floors hairdryer didn’t Work cigarette burns on the comforter prostitutes walking on the property. Homeless people in the middle of the hotel, taking shelter from storm.

Convenient, but not propertly cared for.

Not clean and unhygienic

Broken tub, sink, sink faucet, door, unsafe tampered door lock, and disgusting room. Asked housekeeper about our rooms condition and she said it was one of the 2 best rooms available. Room was not what was advertised. Would not stay here again, even if it were free. Will never be back.

Worst hotel ever. No towels no soap , sink blocked. Breakfast area has roaches all over
