The room appeared clean. The lobby and parking area around the property were clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect and set out nicely in the morning. Location was convenient to dining and shopping.

Upon checking in, I was told that the Queen Suite (2 Queen Beds, 1 Pull-Out Sofa) that I reserved over 6 weeks in advance was NOT available. They placed my family in a room with 1 King and a Twin pull-out sofa and gave us a Twin roll away cot. This meant that my husband and I had to share the King bed with one of our children. It was NOT what I booked or paid for. The “indoor” pool was also misleading as it was NOT heated at all and the water was ice cold. It didn’t look as if anyone had used the pool area in months. There was no seating or chairs in the pool area like in the photos. The hot tub was also broken and full of nasty, green water. This was disappointing since I always consider pools and hot tubs when choosing a property so that my children can swim. They weren’t able to use the facilities here at all.

"good stay for the price"

The staff were helpful and very kind, the check-in and -out process were super quick. Breakfast being included was a selling point for us. Overall a good deal.

The shower head sprayed in all different directions, including in our faces annd outside of the shower, the shower curtain was pretty crappy and did nothing to stop the water. It was a sopping mess afterwards.
