Wasn't to bad.. expected we're just considering it was only $42 a night and everywhere else was $55 +. We got some stuff on the towels from a spill and they made us pay them $20 for them... besides that I don't have much negative to say. Positive is it super cheap!! During the week it's completely dead so its a nice quiet private place, on the weekends its bumpin but not in a negative way it's just a lot of action going on. I will most definitely stay there again considering the price.

I booked online and headed on my 2hr13minute drive there... Two blocks away I get a call from a male asking if I was coming... I told him that I was just two streets away and then he said oh no problem... I was driving.. It was a problem.. The room was okay, despite the bed spread that was filled with cigarette burns. The room smelled and looked clean otherwise. The message alert went off on the room phone at 8:30.. Of course there was no message/.. I tend to think that was a wake up call so that they could get the room cleaned early.. I wasn't sure if I was happy or upset about the couple who hung outside their door/five feet from my car, smoking..maybe they'd protect my car or maybe they'd rob me blind, but they were all night. I won't be back and I have told everyone who will listen... Stay away

I've been in worse places, far as the price. I couldn't complain there. And there really wasn't anything going on at night. Like I stated to suspect there would be after seeing the crowd. If your alone and looking for a cheap place to go to sleep. Then this is it, if it's a family vacation type stay. Go far off, far from Killeen period.

The hotel was basic and standard which is what I expected for the price so that was ok. However, I was double charged for my nights stay. I spoke with the owner he kept telling me I was wrong. I called my bank had stop payment on my second charge yet the hotel pushed it through. Not worth the 104 bucks I spent!

I didn't like seeing a roach the night before checking out.

The room for my first stay was OK but it was upstairs instead of bottom floor, near my car and trailer. There isn't an elevator. The stairway outside was slippery and it did not meet the coded in normal step widths. It went straight up instead of having a half turn platform so I kept thinking If I slipped on one step i was going to bust it all the way down to the bottom. Not very safe. The bed however, was supper comfortable. The hotel sign is supper hard to see so made hotel hard to find since Google maps can send you around in circles on THE Central Texas Expressway. The second time I stayed I wasnt told it was a smoking room and the room was in poor condition compared to the room I was put in during my first visit. It wasn't very clean, and the bed smelled of cigarettes. That upset me very much since I am against smoking to begin with. I have asthma and it triggered a two-day asthma attack.

The location was in a decent area, and the lobby and room were clean. The night clerk was adept and personable and the pet fee was an extremely reasonable $10/night. when we got into the room, though, the TV didn’t turn on - it looked like the power cable was missing entirely. Breakfast was lackluster - the only thing I dared to eat were the frozen waffles, but biscuits, gravy, sausage and very runny scrambled eggs were the warm option. We were also disappointed at the housekeeping, who were making a ruckus in the hall at 10 am and knocking on our door at 11 am even though checkout wasn’t until noon. It was so stressful, the later checkout time didn’t make up for the mildly disappointing accommodations.

Roaches everywhere and not refund offered for a room change

Disgusting. Even the towels were dirty. Burned outlets falling out of the wall. Paint falling off the walls. Just terrible

Booked 2 nights through hotels.com and indicated I had a dog and paid for the room. Checked in and stayed the first night and the next morning went to the store and came back to be locked out of the room. Went to speak to the manager and he says I need to pay 20 dollars for my dog and it’s my fault for using hotels.com to book the room and it’s my problem and not his. I refused and he then kicked my family and I out without a refund. Terrible quality hotel that smells awful and has horrible service.
