Rodeway Inn Red Oak

Pleasant front desk person, very helpful with directions.

Almost too far from I-80. That being said, traveling through the rolling hills past beautiful farms was pleasurable. Red Oak is a lovely community.

We stay at this hotel every year at baseball season. Very clean no frill motel

The breakfast is very limited. Waffles or cereal. Yogurt would be nice

Front desk staff were wonderful.

Great place to stay. No problems any time we stay.

It’s a mid-range economy hotel, looks like they’re working on trying to upgrade a few cosmetic things. There are very few amenities (small bottles of shampoo, no conditioner, no coffee maker in the room, etc), the breakfast is minimal and if your diet requires you to be GF, you’ll have no options outside of coffee and juice, heads up. The outer security door key card scanner was smashed so if you’re skittish about security, don’t stay around that end because the outer door only locked about 50% of the time

Great room at a great price

Was clean and comfortable. No coffee in room. Breakfast very slim. Coffee, juice, cereal, toast and waffels. No fruit.

Was a nice stay in a pretty rural are. Comfy and nice after a long day on the bike Mexican restaurant next door nice too.

We arrived in the middle of the night. I had informed ahead of time that we had a small service dog and it says right on their website that they were allowed without question. He informed us (after over 13 hours driving) that he didn’t know about the service dog (when it states service dogs allowed) that although he was not denying us a room, we would be charged to have the carpet, room and curtains cleaned, because they have guests that have allergies. What about disabled guests?!? I would think that since it clearly says “service dogs allowed” it would be against ADA regulations to tell someone that they would have to pay for that. I will be checking with the regulatory authorities on this and if indeed it is against their regulations I will be commencing a lawsuit. I have never heard of such discrimination against a disabled person

Clean rooms, good location, and comfy beds. Can't beat the price either!!

Shower head was a little low so kinda hard for a tall guy to take a shower easily.
